• Review all Products associated with the Project in respect potential direct procurement and report findings.
• Liaise with Client and identify items for direct procurement.
• Source the market for products and issue pricing packages.
• Provide samples for Clients approval.
• Finalize quantity required.
• Negotiate with supplier's product costs.
• Negotiate Contract with supplier.
• Finalize Purchase, conditions of payment, customs duty, time of delivery etc.
• Monitor and track the product
• Quality control checks upon delivery
• Supervise installation when required.
• Close final account.
